This MEDIUM world is pretty much CC free.
I used in the mediafire download version a few lil things like the
blackjack table, slot mashiene, basketball game, rock climbing wall, fountain of youth and the renault charching station.
In the exchange download those things are not included.

If u are using the Exchange version then u maybe need to remoddle the Comunity Lot "Hangout" (treffpunkt) witch is near the Buisseness Rappidhole and the Grocery Store. because that is pretty much a playing fun park with most of those mentioned CCs.
